Very pleased with how promptly Robi responded to my post and produced plans for my extension. He also suggested a company to ensure compliance with building regs, although I went through my local council in the end and the plans passed without any significant issues. Would recommend Mekkara unreservedly.

Roby has been the greatest of help to us at all stages of our journey. He responded to our initial request quickly and took only days to produce drawings for each stage (planning application, drains build-over application and full detailed plans with building regs) of the process. We are already engaging him for our next project.

I would recommend Roby for architectural design and planning submission. He was extremely patient thru the process and the 2 changes I requested after the initial design. I have an old cottage with low ceilings and to add an extension to the front with pitched roofs without obscuring the first floor windows was not easy. The plans were submitted and with the first change he liaised closely with the local planning before submitting to ensure the changes were within their parameters. He also made himself available at a weekend to discuss my changes.
