Roby has been the greatest of help to us at all stages of our journey. He responded to our initial request quickly and took only days to produce drawings for each stage (planning application, drains build-over application and full detailed plans with building regs) of the process. I would recommend Roby for architectural design and planning submission. He was extremely patient thru the process and the 2 changes I requested after the initial design. I have an old cottage with low ceilings and to add an extension to the front with pitched roofs without obscuring the first floor windows was not easy. The plans were submitted and with the first change he liaised closely with the local planning before submitting to ensure the changes were within their parameters. We found that Roby was exceptional in the handling of our planning to our local authority, Bristol city Council. As soon as we accepted the job together, he drove down within the next few days to inspect the site and then within the next 24 hours the plans were drawn and submitted to the council, any problems he was readily available and his service was impeccable 10/10. Would definitely use Roby every time now, his budget was also very, very reasonable.
