MEKKARA Architectural Consultants is a Gloucestershire-based architectural design practice providing professional planning, Listed Building Consent and Building Regulations services for residential projects throughout the United Kingdom. Led by a Chartered Architectural Technologist, we specialise in helping homeowners, landlords and developers transform their properties through thoughtful, practical and compliant design solutions.

Our primary area of operation is Gloucestershire, including Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Cirencester and the surrounding Cotswold areas. However, we regularly undertake projects across the country and have successfully delivered residential developments in locations including London, Bristol, Oxford, Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Taunton and many others.

We have extensive experience in house extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, HMOs, residential alterations, new build homes and Listed Building projects. From the initial survey and concept design through to planning applications, Listed Building Consent applications, Building Regulations drawings and technical design, we provide a complete service tailored to the needs of each client.
